Seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our facility in Superior, WI.  Home Nightly!  Paid Weekly!  

This Position pays a combination of hourly and "per load".  Details during the interview process.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Operate a 53' tipper trailer around curves and drive semi with manual transmission
  • Ensure all loaded materials are safely secured prior to & throughout transport by being able to tarp and un-tarp trailers
  • Operate a Front-end loader with a high tip bucket and self load trailers when needed
  • Function and work in the yard when there are no loads to haul
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently to transport assigned loads
  • Inspect company vehicles/trailers and report necessary maintenance in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Practice proper housekeeping with clean, properly maintained vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Accurately complete and maintain a driver log and inspection reports in accordance with requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Report all job site incidents and injuries to the Yard Manager and Safety department immediately
  • Complete and maintain all required safety training and certifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.  High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Class A CDL required (must have air brake endorsement and no manual transmission restrictions)
  • Motor vehicle record must not have any major driving offenses within the last three (3) years
  • At least 2 years of over-the-road driving experience required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an interstate DOT medical card, required for DOT regulated vehicle operation.
